ETERNAL TONALLI POLICIES Policy A valid card on file is required to reserve all appointments. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service. Your card will not be charged for the remaining balance unless a cancellation or no-show occurs. Cancellation Policy Please provide at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations (less than 48 hours) will result in a forfeiture of your deposit. No-shows will be charged the remaining 50% of the scheduled service using the card on file. Arrival Time Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you’re running more than 8 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and will be treated as a late cancellation. No Extra Guests To maintain a safe space and prioritize your experience, please come to your appointment alone—no additional guests. Payment Methods All major cards, Apple Pay, and cash are accepted. Parking Free parking is available on-site. The parking lot is located in the BACK of the building. Additional street parking and metered parking are available in the front of the building. ** Please DO NOT park in numbered or reserved spots—these are assigned to other tenants.** Languages Se habla Español.
